Hard Boiled Eggs can be a pain in the butt. This recipe is a fool proof way to cook your eggs and add a delicious layer of flavor. And yes, the smoke does get through the shell!

Hard Smoked Eggs

Serves: 12      Cooking Time: 2 hours


  • 12 Large Eggs


  1. Preheat smoker to 225°
  2. Place eggs in smoker for 2 hours
  3. Remove eggs directly into an ice bath (a bowl with ice and water), leave for 5 minutes
  4. Remove, peel, and enjoy!
