Hard Smoked Eggs
Serves: 12 Cooking Time: 2 hours
- 12 Large Eggs
- Preheat smoker to 225°
- Place eggs in smoker for 2 hours
- Remove eggs directly into an ice bath (a bowl with ice and water), leave for 5 minutes
- Remove, peel, and enjoy!
- Eat like a hard boiled egg
